All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Please note that preorders or backordered items may have different timelines, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred carrier. We currently ship from Georgia, USA and offer both domestic and international delivery options through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal delays.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We take great care in packaging your order, but once it leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. You can also reach out to us at hello@ajiire.com, and we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Preorders & Backorders
If your order includes a preorder or backordered item, it will ship once all items are available. You’ll receive an update when your order is on the way. If you’d like in-stock items to ship separately, please place them in a separate order.
