Thank you for shopping with AJÍIRE. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If something isn’t right, please review our return guidelines below.

Returns

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@ajiire.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@ajiire.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund once the claim is reviewed and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Opened or used flashcard decks

• Digital downloads or audio guides (once accessed or downloaded)

• Sale or promotional items

• Deck + audio bundle

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order once your return has been processed.
